How does one go about contacting GOOGLE???

I've changed my place page information a few times and it never updates. It's about driving me crazy. The info in my account is correct but not the info when a customer googles you.. I've waited 6 weeks and still has not changed and I've waited months and it still doesn't change.

I need help.

We have our own personal contact at Google that works with us with our Adwords account, but I'm not sure if there's a specific sort of "contact us" number for general questions. You can always post on the Google webmaster forum. They sometimes have staff on there to answer quesitons.

Google places is weird, it sometimes takes 2-3 months for the changes to appear in the search results.

We didn't either at one point, until we started spending more. She told us they pick and choose which Adwords accounts to have managers, they call them Googlers (I think it's more of a if you spend 'x' amount with us we'll give you an account manager). Our company spends about $30K a month on Adwords alone. We've started to use them less and less since our organic rankings have gone up though.
