Search on there. Tons of land rig opportunities out there if you can pass a drug test and background check.
Consider looking at roustabouts, roughnecks, and MWD positions. Long, hard hours but the pay is good. If you prove that you are smart and can pick up things quickly, there is a chance you can move up.
Go work out there, save your money, go get an engineering degree, and come back to kick some ***. Just another thought for you.
