More of a reason so enjoy a sleek beak or Formy. Nothing better than the punk who assumes he already has a win before it starts, and you wipe the grin off his face. Those post race conversations are always great. Everyone and their dogs assume a WS6 is fast anyways, so I like to have the sleeper effect.

They could tell though mines not stock the thing lops and chunks with the big cam and 3 inch true duals. The car is loud and sounds wicked nasty at wot or a rev it could be in a geo metro and they wouldnt want to. You can hear its fast.

You're literally getting nothing more than a new hood, a badge on the back, small suspension upgrades, rims, and an RPO code. Pretty much every single thing would be upgraded at one point anyways, so aftermarket suspension would replace the WS6 suspension, aftermarket rims replace WS6 rims, the only thing worth keeping is the hood and the badge and the RPO code. CTS to a CTS-V is totally different. There is a world of difference between those. Only the minor things listed above there. I aint even mad.

I will take some flak, but I find the LS1 WS6 hood to be cartoonish. The Firehawk hood is by far the best looking IMO, but if you want to go fast, as in high speeds, the flat hood is the most aerodynamic.
The LT1 era WS6/Hawk hood has appealed to me since I first saw it ~20 years ago.

Firehawk hood > WS6 hood
WS6 is a gimmick, no real upgrades available like the SS or Firehawk.

I really wanted a WS6, but after thinking about my future plans for the car, I knew it wasn't a deal breaker......and what happened?
I got a '99 Trans AM (non WS6) 6 spd car with right at 100k, owned by a female school teacher who also owned a '10 6spd Camaro and '08 6 spd Vette......car was garaged, frequent car washes/waxes, oil changes were done, recall work performed, all service records maintained, and nothing wrong besides needing a rear brake job and axle bearing and it had a crack in the windshield.....all for $5k...car is is solid 8+ out of 10....sure beats the hell out of spending $10-12 on the same WS6 car.......since I got the Superhawk on it, no one asks me if its a WS6.
