6.0 ???

I have a 2002 Chevy 6.0 1500hd 4x4 auto!!
In the mornings win I start my truck to let it warm up it acts like it has the biggest damn cam in the world!! My scanner says its a knock senser, and I no there's two of them under intake!! But will a knock senser cause this promblem!! Just checking before I don all this work and it wasn't the problem!! Need additional info let me no thank!! Just wana see what you guys think bout it!!
