I live in Laredo and I'll be the first to say it really isn't worth going. I've gone there a couple times and the prep is shitty, no tech-in booths, ems, the crowd is running all over the burnout box and staging lanes (as the cars are lining up). It's basically street racing in a more "controlled" environment lol. If they were to invest money in it, I'm sure it would be worth going since thats the only race track out here. One would have to drive up to San Antonio or to Edinburg, but the Edinburg track is closed now for the time being. Don't expect much if anybody decides to go.

Edinburg is closed or I would go there. Track just changed hands and may be closed till April. Is the track in Laredo called County Line Dragway? I'll be working in that area next week and was thinking about taking my truck out there.

My brother went and ran his TA about a month ago. His times wernt for crap due to spinning. However he did get a better MPH than he did in the valley a few years ago on a different setup.
