Microsoft Word 2003 Question

Hey guys I have a list of things on a document in microsoft word, I need to have these in alphabetic order, Is there a command for that? or what would be the easiest way to do this instead of the long way its around 10000 terms all mixed and matched

copy them all, paste them into an excel file then select all in excel and do filter > auto filter and then sort by ascending. then you just copy and paste them back into word.

Thanks! ok dumb ? I never miss with excel but when I paste back into word I have to box's around the words how do I get rid of them so it just looks normal in word?
