So the turd needs new window motors, bought them, started removing the panels and
I don't want to deal with drilling new holes and what not so i'm looking for a shop that can do the install.

It's a piece of cake to do.......... you can even find where to drill the holes easily. I think I did mine all in 20 minutes or less. I had to replace the drivers side about a few weeks ago.

personally, I did it myself on both doors, it's not to difficult, and why pay the money when you can take your time and do it yourself? here is the guide I used.

I have replaced the second one myself after a shop charged me like a hundred and change. If the holes in the fiberglass door get elongated you might need some larger/longer bolts and some washers, but you can get them at a hardware store. You can get a motor from Rock Auto cheap, like 30 bucks or less, I used a Dorman.
I used http://shbox.com/page/windowmotor.html as a guide also
