WTB : DynoJet Dyno
Pretty cool. About time you guys built a place to work on the cars. It's been my best investment in this hobby, and has paid for itself.
Maybe make an offer on LMR's dyno, they need a Mustang dyno to tune the big hp cars.

We hopefully will start a build thread if Chris or I can find some free time. The whole shop is being gutted and rebuilt the way we want. This has been a project we have been dreaming about since we got into cars. After the past 3 year of hard work on our Properties company we thought it was time to invest in our self. We have found a dyno for a good price with everything we wanted A/F, Boost. Hopefully shipping we be affordable or else the search will be on again.
CP/LP good to see you moving up and not pissing the fabulous neighbors off as much. Can't wait to swing in and ceck it out when you guys are done. I will bring the 1st 12 pk, but I bet Mikey will bring the 1st keg...lol
Where exactly is it?

The shop is in the Pearland/Friendswood area 7 mins away from my house.
Finalized the deal on a Dynojet today. Should have it here on Tuesday!
Thanks for the heads up on the Dallas based dyno. Sadly it was the smaller drums so it could not be upgraded above 1200rwhp. Bryan though was very cool to talk to about it and if anyone does need one I'd give him a shout for sure! We just plan on passing 1200+rwhp so that was a major deal breaker.

When we start the re-skin of the building I will start a build thread with pictures. We sign the contract and statement of work on Monday for that portion of the build out. Pending freight cost we located a Dynojet 248. Powell's Toy Box is sticking for the name though, sorry Ben! LOL! Andrew, Ross, Landers, etc. when all said and done there will be cold ones in the fridge since it's right down the street from you all.
Grabbed a quick pic of the outside when we first closed on it. We have about 4500 sqft. of room to work with

Plan on adding 2 more lifts (so total of 2x 2-post and 1x 4-post), the Dynojet, A/C, loads of tools, etc... Already has a Storm Vulcan 2 Hotbath, Ingersoll Rand Compressor, and a few other things. But we have a lot of work left to do and a long road ahead. Spent the last few days knocking down walls and cleaning up. Friday we filled IESI's largest deliverable dumpster, and plan on doing the same on Monday.

Looks like the old transmission shop off 35 in Alvin near Moore Rd.
Good call Austin. Yup figured anyone from this area would be able to pick it out because of the tin building and brick. Waiting on the metal to arrive and then it begins.
Dyno was loaded on to the flatbed this morning and is headed this way from California. Registered with Dynojet yesterday and got our config file and everything coming. 2000hp / 2000tq 200mph.
