GTslOw Stroker build

Hey guys, I'm gonna be doing a stroker set-up here in the next month or so. Just wanted to start a thread for the build. Input from anyone who has done a stroker ls2 would be greatly appreciated. I.e. should I do a 408 or a 421? Haven't quite decided yet lol

All depends on your budget. I dont think there is a wrong or right answer.

Also what heads are you planning on running? N/A, FI build?

I'm gonna have about a $7000 budget. And I'm gonna be buying a complete engine and selling my stock one. I already know I'm gonna be spraying it as well. Not sure about what engine I want, I know I'm going for about 550 RWHP though

I have a 421 LS2 stroker. Is that budget for the whole thing, shortblock, heads, lifters, etc? Mine made 544rwhp and 522rwtq but you aren't going to get it for 7k. I have what I could consider a medium to mild build and it was a bit more than that.
