Need your advice! Hey guys I need your input on a problem I have. There is a forum member who owes me money "has been owing me for a long time" has not been on the forum in a very long time I've been busy with work (m-f)and racing(s-s) so i havent been on the forum as I use to. I get on and see the user has been posting again so I pm him asking about my money and he says huh. What I need to know is how should I handle this. It has been acouple of years but I still have all pm's, emails and the receipt for the payment what would you do? Oh and it's not $25-$30 as if it mattered because we all work hard for the money we make and spend!!
I know who you are talking about. I posted on your thread back then, I had forgot all about him until he began to post again and recognized the screen name. Looks like he got scammed not too long ago. Thats karma for him.
I'm going to see how he replies to my response to his huh and then I will try it again. The bad part is I tried to get papers served on him to get him into court paid someone and they did not serve him

said my money was good for only 3 attemps. I'd call him out and post in all of his threads till he left again or manned up. You most likely will never get your money back without legal representation but at least be a pain in the *** and make him uncomfortable.

Verdad Gallardo I'm glad to see you guys want him to be put on blast when it first happened people was on his side telling me to give him a chance i was like wtf. The guy also did atleast 1 other member wrong also. I tried to contact a guy that knows him from md and the guy said it would be wrong for him to give me his info I said give him my info and just check back to see outcome it's $4-500 that I'm owed and I felt like I was wrong for wanting my $$$.
