Default TX Mile Beevile

What's up fellas. Anyone running out there this weekend?

This will be first time running at the mile.

The Car is your basic cam and bolts ons fbody. Hoping to just have a good time

Maybe some nitrous next time out!

I'm leaving tomorrow night and will be there until Sunday night. I'm just spectating. Just make sure you don't exceed your mph band before you qualify for the next they are hard asses about it lol. Good luck man

How did you do on sunday, we had to leave before you ran. Hope you didnt have any more problems.

Hi there! I managed to pull 167mph and no more issues.

I ran out of gear on the 3.73s but I also ran out of power. If I does this again 100 shot and some 3.23s will get me to 180mph.

I really appreciate you all stopping by, bout the only cool fbody folks I met out there.

Anyone know what a cammed 1999 T/A auto could run in the mile?

Anyone know what a cammed 1999 T/A auto could run in the mile?
If you are close to most cammed LS1s, then 170 plus is possible because of the auto final drive.

But..its not guaranteed at all.. the last part of the mile requires alot of HP.
