NT05 on the front

I know this is not the right thread, but I'm gonna ask anyways. Do the regular NT05 tires not the R tires do ok on the front? I have RE 760 E and they get flat spots after sitting any longer than a week plus they are old.

Ill be putting Nt05 on the front of mine. I dont see why they wouldnt be fine.
