im pretty sure it looks like a inner valve spring, but I cannot visually see one.. I think #1 might be the source? but its hard to see with the PS pump in the way, Id take it off if i have the tool but I dont right now.. Found these parts next to # 3 and #5 and my #5 intake rocker was cracked..

Did this come out of my rocker some how?

 

did you install new valve seats with the double valve springs?

 

That's definitely part of the spring. There isn't anything on the rocker that looks like that.

 

Yes, thats the base of the inner valve spring. You must replace the valve seals and install the spring base to run duel valve springs, I bet you have more broken springs...
