Default Anyone recognize this Vette?
Just bought her about two weeks ago. It's got a Corsa axle-back and a Blackwing, that's it. BUT, the skip shift doesn't kick in. At first I thought it was just a module someone plugged in, but the light doesn't even come on, so that tells me it's been tuned by someone.

Anyone know who's this might have been? She came from Texas Direct Auto in Houston.

No idea, but I think I have seen that car on 290, around 610...is the rear fascia/lower valance painted black?

No it's not, or at least it isn't anymore. That's actually what I was planning on doing today, was plasti-dipping the lower valence and possibly the glass top.

Cars immaculate. Well taken care of. I was just wanting to pick his mind about history.

I know it's got the Blackwing. Does anyone recognize the "tube" though? Looks like one from Ecklers or another one of those Vette places, but I don't know if it's any good.

My buddy owned that car. It was totaled but he fixed it himself so it wouldn't show up on the title.


Drive behind it and it looks like a crab walking.

In the preview, the first sentence and all the way up to "totaled" was all it showed me in the preview!!

Not sure on the air bridge, everyone and their brother made one, looks like a good one though. I have the blackwing as well, nice filter. Did you get your valance done? I love that look on C5s, mine was painted gloss black.

Doing that today, actually. Running to Home Depot to grab a 2x12x12 to cut down to cribbing blocks, and a can of plasti-dip. I'd imagine one can should suffice. That, and a new roll of painters tape since mine wound up in a puddle somehow. Thanks kids

The bridge looks like one from Corvette Central, cause the Bellow is one they sell with the air bridge.. nice looking car though... and if you plastidip it, make sure you go thick, and the clear is nice and smooth on the edges otherwise it will peel the clear up when you pull the plastidip off
