I drove to Bass Pro Shops on 288/Beltway since that was a midway point for us both. Went inside for about ~20-30min, came out and no "catfishkiller" so I left. I have a really good feeling that I know what group of guys this originated from, and will make it a point to get this race to happen.
We have comparable cars, I have less power no doubt, but it would still be fun. I like the fact that you cruise it. I do the same, its a street car. I am not far away from you either. We should get together and play.

I've never gotten the whole "let me be a douchebag and talk **** for a streetrace" thing, shouldn't racing be fun and enjoyable and have a beer afterwards? Maybe its because my car is slow that I'm nice lol.
I would like to meet up and cruise and do a few runs on the street. It's hard for me to get away and go to the track. I want to hit the track at some point to see what the car runs. It's never been on a dyno either. It's a fairly new build that has taken me a while to get a handle on it.
I won't turn my car down to compete. I will turn it up to compete though if the right car comes along. I have plenty of turbo to make around 2,000 whp, but the rods and transmission may not (probably won't) like it so I haven't done it yet on account of that.

I'm all about racing and drinking a few beers afterwards myself. You would be surprised at the ****** that want to talk **** on the Internet though and not even have a running car. Actually there's a clan here in Angleton that are worthless pussies when it comes to anything racing. They've tried to make a few cars fast and failed miserably, so now they stand around in a garage and talk **** about the people that are fast.
