Paint work in DFW Hello,
I have a 2001 SS SOM, that I might be looking at having the hood repainted, and a fender repainted.
Any recomendations? Looking for high quality work, in the DFW area

Not sure where you are, but I use American Body Works in Lewisville. Talk to Pat. Solid guy, great work. Also, you're in for a treat when you see some of his projects. Crazy cool stuff.

They have done all the work on my TA since I bought it in 2011.
They are very familiar with GM products as they used to work at the plant in Arlington.
Here is a recent pic of my front end that they did and then Brian (Brian's Custom Detailing) detailed it.
Ive had really good luck with Trinity Paid & Body between Ft Worth and Weatherford. When my old Z71 was in an accident and they repaired it, you literally couldnt tell it had been repaired or painted. Blended, wet sanded, and buffed to look exactly like the original paint.
I think took my 4th gen to a friend's shop and the quality wasnt there and it was obvious the vehicle had been repainted, should have known, but lesson learned now I just take everything to trinity.

There is also a shop in DFW that is real popular, I believe its called Stuart's, heard good stuff about them from some of the exotic owners.

I had my hood done at Complete Autobody just down the street from Clark Bro. They fitted it well too. I stopped by Clark Bro first and they weren't too keen on doing the custom work. They actually tried talking me into going with vinyl. It thought he was joking, then realized he was serious.
