Car Title issue?
Here is a very real situation. Say this guy stole the car and title from a guy in the military who wouldn't notice it gone for 6 months or so. Guy sells it to you with NO bill of sale or DL. The signature of the owner is forged yet everything looks legit, ole buddy is just trying to make a quick flip. You hand the dude cash money and its a done deal. Dude gets home from deployment and his car is missing and you have it.. Now what? "Ummm this guy sold it to me.." Prove it. Oh wait you can't and now all your cash is gone.
OP sorry for the BS bickering and this will be my last posting on the matter. Moral of the story is you can never be to careful and you can't trust anyone. Never and I mean NEVER purchase a car in any state from an individual without a BOS and a copy of the persons valid DL. I don't give a **** if it's required or not, Especially when you know the persons name isn't even on the title. Good luck with the nova!

Buyers aren't special?
