Default Air coming through floorboard while moving

So I'm assuming I have a vacuum leak or something somewhere dealing with the flappers for the floorboard. Faster I move, more air comes through. No other vents. Need a little help on where to start looking/replacing.

Yeah I kind of figured that was a good starting point. I know I e changes out that little check valve where the vacuum lines meet by the pcm. But didn't do anything. The lines split off and go to different locations, is there a specific one that would be more specifically related to the floor vents if I'm all plugged up behind the intake? It's just to damn hot outside to have hot air from under the hood pour in.
