Dmv question about inspection
Dmv question about inspection My wife grabbed last year's inspection paper to get my work truck registration for this year at the dmv. The lady gave her the registration without really looking at the inspection sheet. Anyone know if I will be good til next year? Looks like they just do a visual look at the inspection sheet and hand out new tags/registration. I wish it were this easy for hot rods that may or not be legal lol..
I thought they should enter the code from the inspection paper in the system, but I guess it doesn’t matter or there is/was a glitch, but as long as you got the new sticker already, I’m pretty sure you’ll be fine.
Yea I would think so. The only thing different from the past reports are the authorization numbers. My wife did notice the lady at the office said I must have put in the wrong year "2016" then changed it. I wonder if I should go get the truck inspected then go to the dmv and tell them. Everything on the registration has today's date and a 12/18 sticker..maybe I'm worried about nothing idk..I get it inspected at the same place every year idk
