Saw that on CL the other day and thought it’d be gone pretty fast, even with the tranny issue. Was sort of thinking about it myself, but decided I just don’t have the time right now.

Thanks guys.... Come to find out, he's a member on here(mike96z). Very cool dude and threw in a bunch of extras. Definitely in love with the car, just gotta save a Lil bit more to throw at her to get her back on the road. Wife was like, "why would you pay that much for a car that don't run"? My son told her, "get out of our garage". Lol....

I've been a tech 20 years and I've worked at a few shops and everyone of them has gone through many trans shops trying to find a reliable trans shop and it's almost impossible.
The absolute best shop I've found that does it right the first time every time and isn't even expensive is bill burrows pro-cision transmission in Joshua Tx. It's near ft worth.
I got a 4L60E from him once that had everything you'd need for about 450 hp ish in that car. Upgraded 3/4 clutch pack, beast sun shell, corvette servo and a few other things. That trans was phenomenal.. I then used him for all of our shop transmissions after that on all makes and models and have never had an issue.
I've sent friends there with various makes of cars and they are all extremely happy.
Give him a shout. 817 774 0325. Talk to Bill and tell him Jarod sent you. He's as honest as they come.
Good car by the way, I sold mike some parts for that car about 6 or so years ago and you could tell he took care of it.
