Cam swap help Looking for someone who can help $ with cam n spring swap on my 5.3 I am located In san antonio my cell is 2102695645 text me ..the engine is currently pulled wanted to do everything b4 i drop thr engine bak in

You need a special tool to remove the springs. Other than that, I believe it is pretty straight forward.
The cam is easier to remove/replace with the heads removed. You can do it with the heads on, but it helps to have another special "tool" to hold the lifters in place. There are plenty of Youtube videos on this.
I'm not in San Antone yet, and I'm also not an expert on the subject. You might get better answers on one of the "Internal Engine" boards (Gen III or Gen IV).
