Paint Anyone have a go to for a good painter? Clear is failing on the red car and I have new doors fender and front and rear bumpers that need to be sprayed to match. Getting quoted 3-4k isnt in the ball park when I can just get a clean roller for under 2k and swap my running gear. Plus the 3-4k is over half the price of
My landlord had a fullsize resprayed for 1200 and it looks oem. That is all im after. I would go to that guy but he is booked up for months. Clean v6 and shells can be had for less than 3-4k.
3k-4K is still cheap; I would do some homework around your traveling area. U get what u pay for; see if they offer any warranty, for how long. Most shops use quality paint that they will warranty for up to 10yrs. U don’t want to be doing all of this in a few years cause the “cheap guy” used cheap paint. Or maybe look into plasti dipping or a wrap.
