front or rear?
need some sockets to remove the brake caliper, then the brake rotor. Use a big hammer to pound out the broken one. Slip the new one in from the backside and use a spare open-end lugnut (like the stock one) and some washers underneath it to "pull" it back into the splined holes.
Front ones are easier to get in/out, the rear ones have a small recessed area on the brake backing plate that you have to line up to get the new one in.
Easy to do, takes about 10 minutes if you have the sockets and hammer.

For the rears where is the recessed area? I broke two and one is in the rear and want to fix it? Do they break easier if you are using cheap lug nuts? should I replace with gorilla lug nuts to avoid this problem?

Gorilla lugs broke one of mine I think. Trying to take the wheel off, just put on the gorilla's the day before and the stud just snapped.

breakin a stud really isn't a common problem on any f bod, they are real easy to fix i used to do it the old discount tire i work at. i would suggest getting some aftermarket lug nuts though. the worse cars are isuzu and chryslers. next time you get you wheels rotated or new tires on just ask them to some anti sieze on them.
