Nitrous Question

I got a price quote about a new NX system for my TA and it is 600 plus 350 installed. Is that a good price cause i really have not a clue?

Are you good with basic electrical wiring? If so install it yourself and save the $350. I installed the TNT kit that was on my formula just by looking at the diagrams on here and LS2.com. It is not too bad once you look at the wiring schematics and understand what exactly is happening.

Depends what's included in the system - that affects the cost of both the system and the installation. Most new NX systems I've seen listed on sponsor sites are in the $500-800 range iirc, so that's at least toward the lower end of the range... there's plenty of other accessories to add on to run that price way up, though, of course

Nitro Dave's in Waco said their install costs start at $250, as of Sept 2003: https://ls1tech.com/forums/showpost....82&postcount=6 Don't know if they still do installs though, I think they just do supply now, but the price is still of use for general comparison
