Check this out, help me out.... My girlfriends little brother is 15 and is going to be driving a jeep that has like 120,000 miles. Nothing really wrong with it but he wants to put these big tires on it and all that bullcrap. He found what he says is a turbo on ebay for 200 he wants to get and put it on there. Keep in mind this is a 4 cylinder jeep. What is the best thing to do to get it to turn say 33's 
. He has said he is gonna put everything I can think of, from intake, to turbo, to lord knows what. Help me out here in how to get that little thing to turn big tires, which I dont think it is really achievable.
