ses help please!

the ses light came on b/c the o2's didn't heat up quick enough.

does this code affect perfomance?(i was planning on going to the track tonight)

if its the rear o2's, it means that youre cats are not working right.... probably clogged,so i would say yes... it does affect performance.....

Unless.... you dont have cats, then it doesnt affect performance... just the ses light gets annoying

Actually it still affects performance cause the codes makes the computer read a false reading about the air fuel mixture and it pulls timing.

Not really, the 02 sensors, if faulty, will go into failsafe and set the timing to a safe mode. The rear 02 sensors are only there to monitor catalytic converter efficiency.
