Does anybody know how to fix an ice machine? As stated above, the ice machine on our fridge sucks ***. It tries to make ice, but the cubes come out hollow and very slowly. I'm clueless on how to fix or diagnose it. I would call the manufacturer, but I don't have the time or the patiance to sit on hold for 30 or 40 min to have some guy that barely speaks any english tell me he has no clue what is going on. Any help is appreciated.

i am not an expert, but check your water source. make sure the water is getting to the ice maker as it should. maybe your line is stopped up?
