My dog died. :(

She was found dead this morning in her usual sleep spot. She was with us for 13 years. We got her from Gulf Greyhound Park's 'Adopt a Greyhound' program. She was the best dog anybody could've asked for.

R.I.P. Patty O'Scott Robertson. You will be missed.

I'm so sorry to hear that.

When this happens it can tear you up inside. We had our Chow for 17 years when he passed away.

Very sorry to hear. I have always wanted to go adopt a Greyhound from there. Those dogs are very sweet.

sorry to hear that man, I grew up having dogs. You always say when one dies you will never get another, but you alwas end up doing so. Tons of grey hounds that need good homes out there, I'm sure you already know the current situation with them. I know how it feels, the house seems empty with out them.

Yeah, the house does seem kind of empty. There was nobody to give my leftover cereal to this morning.

I'm sure we'll get another Greyhound.

Sorry to hear that man. My GF's dog passed away a couple weeks before X-mas. She was heartbroken... but took comfort that she shared 14 good years with her pet.

Sorry to hear about your loss. Greyhounds make awesome pet dogs, we used to have a few and then my mom decided that our house could use a few chihuahuas...those are a dog that is ok to hate.
