I know cody, from association atleast. That turbo eclipse is a 12 second car, i wouldnt doubt it outran a modded ls1. Hes asked me to race many times.
I dont know if he still has it but he used to have a bike as well, ran around with one of my oldest friends jason.

i am guessing that was your friend.... if he differs with this story, i am sure we can set something up to do it again.

what highway was it on. He lives at 290 and 1960. I know he is having some tune issues right now but i doubt he would mind running some f bodys but im not going to speak for him so i will show him this thread tommorow when i go over there and see what he says.

Eh, told....like i said i dont really know the kid. Seen the car a few times but never seen it run. Theres a few guys on here that apparently want to run him so im sure well find out real soon how fast it really is ....

anywhoo, just thought i would set the record straigh, seems there is alot of hatin on my car.....
I dont know if it was him or not, but I was on 290 and an eclipse pulled up next to me did some funny **** and I heard something turbo related weater it be a blow off vlave or wastegate. I blip the throttle and put it in 3rd, then floor it from about 70 (im supprised that I didnt hit 2nd like I normally do, and I slowly crept away then we came into trafic. Next race I was comming from behind and I saw him get on it so I hit 3rd at that point while he was ahead of me and came around him then it was a car in his lane so he got behind me, at that point I was going through the curve a 290 and huffmeister at about 120-130 and time the straight came back up I floored it again. I checked my rear view mirror and I was walking away from it. I coudlnt really tell what color the car was, it looked either black blue or green, i dont have the best of eyes (and yes bailey I did have on my glasses this time) But I did notice some bright indigo (I think thats the color) pillar gauges. So this may or may not be the eclipse in question.
