i've already signed it....and i drive every day w/o the front plate. multiple written warnings. **** 'em, i don't even have the second plate. when i finally get my VA rating for disability i'm going to get Disabled Veteran plates anyhow, and i'll keep the front plate on the dash. they can suck my nuts for all i care.
