Time to change plugs&wires? 50,000 miles stock car, daily driver time to change plugs&wires?
Just head up to Autozone ang get stock stuff how many hours does it take to change them?
What is the best book to buy to work on our cars and how much does it costs, and where can i get it?

Best book is probly the Helms Manual.http://www.helminc.com
I'd advise agains Autozone.....unless your looking for neon lights and stickers.
The stock plugs are "supposed" to be replaced at 100K, but alot of people will say otherwise. I would at least go back with AC Delco, I hear the NGK's are good to....but to each his own.

here is how to do the swap. Great guide, I used it. As far as the plugs and wires go, I use the NGK's and theya re great, and also have the Taylor 10.4mm wires.

install university is what I used. NGK Plugs are great. Your first time will be a bitch and after that it will be a piece of cake because you will learn how to orient your body to reach everything. Trick ...for number 8 lay down on your engine over the top of the battery. That is the only way you will get that sucker out. If you have big arms.....good luck. I am skinny and it was stilll a bitch the first time.
