Clutch is jacked. Help!

When i am idling, i cant keep my clutch in or it wont let me get out of first gear. Also if im in a gear and have the clutch in, it wont let me take it out, and then just ends up turning off. Also i have to pump it alot for it to come up. Whats wrong with my car?? Any suggestion on how to fix it?? Its the stock clutch also with 63k miles and about 8-10 launches on it.

sounds like air....it's a bitch to get all the air out...at least my dealings with air in the system.
