Got pulled over last night for the first time
Got pulled over last night for the first time I was going down 59 to West Belfort because i just picked up my brother from Lowes down in Sugarland. This cop went flying by us at 90 mph at least and cut me off. Well i was going about 75 and i had to speed up so i could get into the lane i needed too without cutting anybody off, so i start to slow down when i get into the lane. It was already too late, somehow the cop got me going 81 in a 65 and right when i passed him the lights when on. I pulled over thinking how the **** did he catch me speeding, because he was way up there when i was going faster than normal. Well he comes up to the passenger side door and right off the bat was being a dick to me and my brother. Asked for the usual stuff and was questioning me about **** so my brother was just like dont answer anything and the cop asked him if he was my attorney now. He took my liscense and insurance, 15 min. later came back and asked me why i dont have valid insurance. It was valid till March 2005, i have valid insurance but i got so many things from state farm i couldn't find the new one, so i just kept the old one in my car since it has the same policy number. He went around my car looking to see if i have done anything illegal to my car and comes back and asks why i dont have front liscense plate, i said because i didn't like the way it looked on my car. Well he tells me that he's not about writing tickets and is only about DWI. So he gives me a verbal warning for the insurance and front plate, and a written warning for the speeding. My brother was like wtf, everytime I'm in my mustang i've never gotten a warning, i always get the damn ticket. Thank God i didn't get the ticket, there would have gone my exhaust for at least 3 more months. Just wanted to share my first experience of being pulled over. Sorry it was so long.
I was sure i was getting a ticket when my brother was talking **** to the cop. The only good thing of it was that i just got a new insurance card a few minutes ago. I would have never gone to get it if i didn't get pulled over. That front liscense plate is still not going on though.

That's what I'm talkin' about!!
I got pulled over for no front plate and got a warning. I never thought twice about putting it on. Haven't had any problems since. That was about 2 months ago.

I'm going to give my mom her front plate because she has a firebird(my old car) and i know she doesn't want to have to worry about that. She doesn't even know about the warning and me getting pulled over because she freaks out about everything. I was very lucky and hope i dont have to go through that again. Since I have a black sports car, i know it will happen sometime in the near future.
