Second day of summer and already in trouble with the cops. So I find my friend at the self carwash thing next to the white church across from Tomball College on 249 spraying down the concrete with water. So of course he wants to spin his tires on his slow *** civic. So I come in and do a couple of donuts and leave; and as I'm leaving, a cop is pulling around the corner. The cop passes me and in the background I hear EEEEEEERRRRRRRRRR from my friend's tires spinning.
Haha so the cop pulls him over and that sweet undercover cop in the gray impala shows up. The driver already was suspended of third judification so if the cop gave him a ticket he was screwed. But basically he told me that the cop was cool and let him go because he can't do anything cuz it's on private property.

haha. Glad he was cool about it - next time you might not be so lucky.
Anybody else think it's going to be a hella hot summer? Was on the bike today going to different dealerships to look for a truck, but had to come home and get the car because it is WAY too hot to ride the bike - especially around 1 - 2pm.

it was around 100 and its not even June yet. Its supposed to cool down this week.
I see that dark grey impala hiding everywhere, i also think these tomball cops doubled in the past few weeks, there are like 30 of them for a 5 mile radius, lol.

My radar detector goes off like crazy around the 249 and 2920 area from midnight to 1:30 these days.
Suppossively the heat is suppossed to go down a little bit by the next weekend from what I heard

I think you mean he was on "deferred adjudication" which is basically a form of probation. You are correct, the officer is somewhat limited to what he can do on private property, but that isn't to say he's powerless.
However, your friend was lucky, had the cop decided to go hard on your buddy, he could have simply decided to wait on your buddy and given him a ticket for something.
