Default I need some headlight screws. Help please

Somehow one screw from my passenger side came off and the dealership doesn't have them. Well, actually they do have it, but I would have to buy the whole headlight assembly which would run me over $100. I created my own version, but it puts too much stress on the headlight motor. Anyway, if someone has one I would much appreciate it or maybe someone can tell me where there's a trans am junkyard.

If this is the screw that there's four of on each headlamp door, it did at least used to have a separate part number (don't know if it still does)... can't quite tell for sure what some of the digits are... it is/was 11509x1y, where x is 0 or 3 or 8, and y is 5 or 6. "screw, pan hd w/wa tap cross recess (4.2x1.4x13) (nior) (hdlp opg dr)"

There's two of these on each side on a 98-02 TA. There is a part number, but they told me I had to purchase the headlight assembly. I just ran into another problem. I need the female end to the headlight/headlight motor connection (it has 5 inserts for the prongs on the male side . It cost $44 from the dealership. One of the prong inserts is fried so my headlights won't go up or down. . Honestly guys, I really do need to know where a good trans am junkyard is at. Help me out. Or if you know of a crashed up Ta let me know and let me know of a way to contact them. Thanks

oh...and if you do end up having to get the entire OEM assembly....good luck, Ive understood that it is on national backorder, and has been for a couple of months, which means that the junkyards probly dont have any either.

Hmm, perhaps it's the Headlamp Support Bolt (Hex with Con Wa, M6x1x20) - 11514623 There's 2 on each side. GM list price $1.19 for a 10-pack.

Your connector sounds like Connector, MDL-Hdlmp Control (5-way F, with leads) (AC-Delco #PT284) - 12102775 . GM list price $42.35.

I think you got it. They do support the headlight. Why the hell did the dealership tell me that they're not sold separate from the headlight assembly. I'll definetly be going to the dealership with those part numbers and thanks for the listing of junkyards. I really appreciate it.

Guess they're trying to trick you into spending more than you have to If they refuse to get you just the screws, you might try talking to SDPC, a GM parts dealer that's a sponsor here.
