4L80-E Buildup Within a month I am planning on building a 
bullitproof
4l80-e to replace my built th400, and I do not want to buy a $2500 new one.
1. Does anyone know a good place(in or near Houston) to buy a cheap 4l80-e core to start my build?
2. What are the weak points in a 4l80-e
ex: sprag(melted the one in my th400 last year)?
3. Would you put the 2.75-1.57 planetary in a 4l80-e
4. Any advice on this subject is welcome.
I will post pictures of the buildup start to finnish so the next person that wants to build a cheap 4l80-e can.
