I knew a guy once who waited months and months to get even w/ people. He would act as if nothing had happened at all and then 3 months down the road BAM! He never did anything physical or messed up his cars but he sure did know how to play mind games. I think when you start screwing w/ someones head its even worse.
Here is a question: CAN he "beat your ***"?
If you don't think so, just tell him to bring his *** over to your house the next time he calls and you guys can go 10 rounds in the backyard.
I wouldn't screw with his car, probably just shrug it off for now and plot an even better retaliation.

That is what I would do, let it die down, his day will come, they are numbered for sure. He will always be looking over his shoulder, but it will come soon enough. I would kick his ***, but then he knows you are the one that assaulted him, unless he swings first. So hope you have some very good friends, pay him a nice visit that he wont want to **** with you again. BREAK HIS ARMS AND LEGS LOL You never know it might not have been him ******* with your car, **** happens. But if he keeps the **** up, take care of his ***, I would, but let a little time go by and suprise him with at nice *** beating, that is if you can do that.
Payback is a bitch, just take your time and then demolish his world as he knows it
I know of a similar situation as you are in, but just wait it out a bit, then do what you have to, time is a vertue in a situation like this, but make sure to put a hurtin on his ***, that he wont forget i would just choke the little ****...

Oh WOW this is great. It's thursday morning and I got a voicemail on my phone from this guy. After yesterday from me telling him i have him on tape and the cops are gonna be involved he finally fessed up. He called me and apologized and said he wants to make things right between us. He said he's gonna call me later and talk to me on the phone.

It could have been a lot worse, I know back in highschool 80' a friend of mine was driving home, his lug nuts on his car had been loosened. He just had gotten off the freeway doing 70+mph. So you might want to watch who you **** off now days, cause it can come back to bite you in the ****.

If he really pissed you off then wait a while before you do anything. Ya he said that he was sorry and he wants to make things right, but your *** got a flat tire out of the deal. Dont fight him because even if you know you can stomp his ***, you might end up with a broken hand, etc, etc. Just wait a while and screw with him some other way.

Go get one of those little mini-tape recorders at Best Buy. You can plug them into your phone and record the message on to the tape. Take it to the Police and show them the tape. Ask them about harrassment. In Texas, leaving a threatening message is a big no-no. People have been put in jail for threatening to kill somebody over the phone.
