Yeah that is what the owner said is that chris built a lot of the car or put it together, it just wouldn't keep any of the charge piping together hold boost and the tune was pretty off and needed bigger injectors said he wasn't able to drive it etc... They installed new blower bracket reworked the piping to make it hold together installed new injectors tweaked on it quite a while to get the tune right. Holds 15 psi steady now.
