best stuff to get when doing cam swap ? Im going with the thunder racing 224/224 563/563 112 lsa and comp 7.4 pushrods but what spring would be needed and do i need titanium retainers and could i drive this around with a stock stall
with that cam I really wuld rethink the hardened pushrods especially if you're cars an M6
If u miss a shift and over rev with hardened pushrods you're gonna float a vlave but with stock pushrods all you're gonna do is bend a pushrod
Its allot easier in my opinion to deal with a bent pushrod rather than a broken valve!

Comp 918s seem to be popular, I've always been a fan of the Crane duals, if your doing the TR224, you could spend a little more and get the full valvetrain upgrade package from TR. The benefit is mainly a lighter/stronger valvetrain which helps valve events maximize their efficiency. Is it worth any power? Maybe a tad, but more importantly it will allow you car to make the most power it can, safely at that too.
