"San Diego officers come to train other departments how to look out for what they believe to be tell-tale signs of illegal modification such as window tinting, large spoilers, extra gauges or racing stickers. Police say this gives them probable cause to stop and inspect a vehicle and its engine compartment."

THink they're going after RICERS.....

I believe they are going for the more obvious cars like Hondas with fart cans, push-cart spoilers/wings, BIG A$$ stickers across body/windshield that say CIVIC, or 5 inch Monster tachs that you can see from a mile away.....

think they're going after these kind of morons....
