Thanks to the MTI guys!! Gotta give credit where credit is due!
I was having a horrible grinding and metalic sound coming from my tranny and a hell of a time getting it into gear last monday.
I spent all week with out my car!! 
I took it to a general mechanic on the south side on Wed. and they thought it was the master cylinder. They put a new one in and the problem still existed!
So on Friday I called and talked to either Jeff or David over at MTI and set up an Appointment for Saturday morning to have them check it out. I showed up at 10am by 11 they had diagnosed my problem as it being the Slave Cylinder. I told them "do what ya gotta do to get it fixed" about 45 mins later got another call back saying that not only was the Slave GONE!! but the clutch plate was F***ed and the pilot bearing was screwed. Lucky for me they had a clutch out of a GTO with 2000miles on it they sold to be for $200. 4 hours later after pulling the Tranny, installing the new parts and reinstalling the tranny I had my car back and working better than it was when I first rolled it of the show room floor 5 years ago! I know I did not gain anything from it, but damn the car feels stronger than ever!
