My Side...
As far as this the first time I started and drove the car after getting it together was the hooters meet thats when I said it drove fine, thats because I was still babying it around...The next day Sunday I took it to the track and it was fucked up!!Everytime i tried to shift at WOT it bounced the revlimiter the best I could get out of it was a 7.99- I drove it to work Pulled it out and the Transmission guy rebuilt it, He said It had stock worn clutches in it you said it had "BLUE" clutches and that it was built, Oh well 672.00 (includes sending the TC out for repairs) Later I was rolling again, I went to the track and ran the best of a 7.38..Much better...I only called you 1 time to ask what you thought it was and you said "oh maybe its blowing by the converter" (even though you said it was built!! I guess my 380Hp Is beyond "built" standards) But after all that **** happened I never called you asking for repayment of the money I spent, Or threatened you..I took it like a man...So everyone can think what they want....Just my side of the story!!!
Oh and he never told me that tranny had been with like 5 different people till I found out afterwards.....
I dont want to start any ****, I just wanted my side to be heard..

part of the deal was tranny and pedals, as stated in the other thread.
nick got his pedals, liftin'em should get his.
small claims... nick's out "672" on his tranny, supposedly, lifin'em's out 1k. You're siding towards Nick just backfired.
Nick sues for "672"
Liftin'em counters for 1k + cost of pedals (which a dealership price on the part would suffice)
so there is 328 that nick's out.
HOWEVER! a witness or 2 (someone I won't mention, and myself) could be called and attest to the fact that Nick did, infact, tell me the transmision was fucked up BEFORE he sold/traded it to liftin'em.

the fact though both traded a tranny that needed a rebuild is somewhat funny.

look on your face.I think Nick should give the pedals. They both had to rebuild a tranny so they both got a bad deal....or a fair deal depending on how you look at it.
As for the comments made by Nick... I think we could find a person or two that could say that Liftin'em said the same thing about the auto tranny that was traded
You sold Joe the t56 for $1000. He installed it and it was trashed so you gave him his money back and the shop he went to still has the t56?
I'm not trying to start anything I'm just trying to understand.
