smoothie king What is a good strawberry drink to get that has weight gainer? Or a good drink period no matter what, but mainly to gain weight and muscle. Any good combinations, anything?

Your not gonna get **** from those shops, their "protein shots" or whatever is prob like 20 grams at the most. Your better off getting a jug of the powder and a shaker(Optimum Nutrition is what I use - Its really smooth and almost all protein). I've mixed about 40 grams of Strawberry protein with some strawberries, yogurt, and mixed juice which didn't taste bad at all(but time consuming).

I always get the peanut butter power plus with strawberry. If you're looking to gain weight, this drink will do it. High in protein and fat because of the peanut butter. It's an awesome drink...if you like peanut butter
