Any Mustang People... Help needed
Any Mustang People... Help needed My brother has a 03 Mustang GT 
and I replaced the gauge cluster with a 03 Cobra. Now it won't start and the theft light is flashing. 
Anybody know how to fix the problem... Or reset the security.

Well, I am not a Mustang guy, but did you try disconnecting the battery and letting the computer reset ? Take a look at the two clusters and make sure that something was not relocated for the Cobra models. Hope this helps.
Sounds like the body control module doesn't recognize the cluster. I know that Dodge reads the vin on instrument cluster and relays that to body control module before the theft system deactivates. Even the radios on late model GMs do that. Not 100% sure this is your prob...Just my .02

yeah my buddy did a 93 fox conversion. he put an 03 motor tranny computer and cluster into that fox. it might seem weird but that car get some looks. its got the 5 lug conversion on it also. i helped with it to 
The keys for the securilock are programmed into the cluster. It's like changing the pcm on a chevy truck with passlock. It thinks a theft is being attempted. You will need both of the original keys when it goes in. I do not think there is a way you can do a manual learn without the wds scantool. It will let you program a third key manually but you still have to have both of the stock keys to learn a third but that is not what you are after good luck
