Default Trip question?

Ok, maybe some of you guys can help me decide which car to take on my little trip to Ft. Hood from Dallas and back on the same day. My options are an 04 Civic (non power everything but with CD player) or my 02 TA both have almost equal miles on them. The civic is my wifes and well my TA.
I figured I'd give some things that I had considered:
Civic>
Good on gas
accepts 87 (less expensive)
auto
smoother ride
red in color ("Hi mr police man!")
no cruise control
not cool to drive
non power everything
seats arent super comfortable
can take 4 people with me
odo at 17 K and change

t/a>
Decent on gas
fun AND cool to drive
might get rock chips on the custom hood
takes 93 (more expensive)
Black in color
rougher ride
CRUISE CONTROL
can only take 2 people with me
odo at 24K and change

Man, I wish I only had 24k on my 2002 SS. Hit 72k just a few days ago. I had a 99 with 49k when I got rid of it to get the 02.

I do wish I had a DD but I got both cars to drive them and that is what I do on a daily basis. Call me stupid if you like but I love driving the SS.

By the way I think you ought to drive the t/a. Either way have a good/safe trip.

I would say the Civic if you are going to run an "errand" and coming straight back, if you are staying I would take the T/A.
