I get the overall picture that everyone hates UPS but I got to tell you that you should also hate the senders as well. If an item is packaged properly then mistreating the box would have no effect! Alot of companies don't take the time to package things properly and that is where the damage is from!

Hey my mom works for the US Post Office and for all their problems, I remain loyal to the post office. Personnaly, FED EX sucks. UPS so far hasn't treated me badly. All my suspension parts were on time.

like you, i've never had a problem with FedEx, but i HAVE had those ******* at UPS do the same ****....i'll hear a knock on the door, then like 10 seconds later when i get to the door, i see the ******* UPS truck pulling away...

they should hire those bastards to run in the damn Olympics, man those ******* are fast!

and that's only when i actually hear them knock....most times, they don't even bother with that, they'll just leave my **** sitting on my deck, in full view of anyone who drives by (i live on a pretty busy road, and i'm the closest one on my block to this road), then i get out to go to work or grab a bite to eat, and there's my package sitting there.....

so yeah....to sum up....i despise UPS. LONG LIVE FEDEX!

FedEx never does that when they deliver us a package.
The fedex guy brought my cast iron heads and I asked if he wanted help with them, he was like, "Nah, its a small package." then he threw his back and I had to help him finish. I don't know if its funny or sad that they weigh that much

The best is today. I have built over 200 Outlaw Torque Arms. I havent had one failure on a car. I havent had any of them break, bend or Fail in any way. Today a customer gets his and I have my first failure. I think the idiot (Dale Jarrett) in the brown truck ran over the F&%king thing. I have never seen 1/4" chromemoly bend that way. Hell the rod ends were smashed flat. There was also a manual rack in the box when it left here. That is missing out of the box completely. The UPS driver claims I shipped it that way. Now UPS tells me they have to investigate and it will take 8-10 weeks for them to decide but I still have to pay the freight bill until they decide otherwise. I told them I insured the package for $1500.00 and they said if we decide we screwed up will pay.

This is big business for you.

That aint ****. We shipped our 91mm turbo back to Precision to have it re-wheeled to a 106mm via UPS. A few days later we called Precision to see if they have received and they had no idea where our package was. We contacted UPS, and filed a claim. A week later the turbo shows back up at the house with a 'Return to sender' ticket on it. Looks like somebody played kickball with that bad boy! The box was all torn to ****, and the turbo housings were dented! We re-sent it to Precision via Fed-Ex this time, but UPS still paid out a $2,600 claim on the one they 'lost'.
