Default Thinking about doing a stroker

This weekend I will find out if my rings are bad or just my valve seals. Last week I took my spark plugs out and they had a little bit of oil in them. What is the price to rebuild a LS1 stock or with forged internals ........whats a good price on building a stroker 383 or 408 and installing it. Any suggestions please give them to me. If anyone has a stroker please give me suggestions on what I need to do. How much HP would I expect to get.

Average on a 346 is $3000
Average on a 383 is $4000 Price only goes up because of the forged crank.
Average on a 408 is $4200. This is if you have a 6.0 block on hand and dont have to pay for it if you have to get a 6.0 block u will have to add $200-600 dependong on what kinda deal u can get. Alos the only reason u get the exstra 200 from the 383 is because u have to have the block bored out.

My 370 cost less than 3k but i got a lot of hook ups.

i would go with the 383 or 408. it's worth the extra bucks. I did a bunch of shopping around and my 383 short block ran me $3100.
