All they have to do is lose the rest of the games and get the first pick, but noooooooooo they have to try and win.

And there it is!

You know, you just have to laugh. These guys are the absolute worst excuse for a pro franchise I've ever seen. If Capers and his staff aren't gone next year (probably Casserly too), we'll be lucky to see ANY home games televised because they won't sell out.

Capers' play calling = absolutely pitiful

the next 3rd and 17 that i see get thrown to the flat i'm going to throw my television down the stairs

being a Texans fan is quite possibly the worst position to be in in sports today.

if we don't either

A. Trade Carr for O-Line, skill player and Draft Leinart
B. Draft Reggie Bush

all coupled with a firing of Capers and his staff, the Texans won't have me as a fan next year.

Trade Carr? He finally got some protection today and threw for 293 yards and 3 TD passes.
Our coaching flat out sucks monkey nuts and our defense isn't much better...D's problem probably has to do with the lack of coaching.

I was at the game today and...well, self explanatory.

i simply do not like Carr; i do not trust him as a pocket passer, although he never really has a pocket, but he shows a tendency to try and be mobile, but he never throws well on the run, if he rolls out it never ends well for the Texans unless he scampers for a few yards. Leinart just looks like a better passer, and i'm interested to see what we could get for Carr

Leinhart will be hurt in less than 3 years. Keep Carr, pick up linemen and a defense after the season. Reggie Bush would be C R A Z Y if he signed with Houston.

Leinart is a bigger guy than Carr, Carr squirms in pain after every single hit, every last one, i think Leinart is a lesser risk than Carr injury wise

I'm guessing your strategy would be to draft Leinhart, and trade Carr for a few guys to better the team?

I'd rather take my chances with Carr and draft Bush. We can either keep him to have a powerful running game, or use the same strategy as above and trade Bush for an O-lineman and a couple of other positions we are weak at right now.

I personaly think we need 1 more dangerous receiver and an above average offensive lineman or 2. The D looks shitty, but I feel that is because of a lack of good coaching. Plus, we've got a couple of key defensive guys who are out with injuries.

Leinhart would experience the same problems Carr is with the current Texans team.

I think a lot of people don't realize that other QB's might throw the ball away with as much pressure as Carr is experiencing in the pocket. I'd rather car take a 2 or 3 yard loss with a sack than blindingly throw the ball over the middle to avoid a sack in the pocket. That kind of crap results in interceptions.

i don't like the move to draft Bush if we have Davis in the lineup, they're the same back.

if we trade anything it should be Carr, Davis, or trade down in the draft possibly get somebody like a Brandon Williams WR and definetly an O-Linemen.
