All you need is a couple 2x4 blocks and a jack with jackstands. It gets pretty scary for as high as you need to get it in the air. And as a side note the SLP's are going to need a good amount of space to get through.

I went to A&M Galveston...graduated May 04. Actually I put my headers on a couple months ago in my buddies garage in galveston. Took a while, but we took a few breaks and there was beer involved. What I did was jack up the front as high as I could, then put jackstands underneath with 2x4's. I then jacked up the back and put the rear tires on ramps. It may seem a little over-kill but you need all the clearance you can get. The more clearance you have the easier the install is. Just take your time.

The time consuming portion is just getting it up in the air. I jacked it up on the k member with the 2x4 blocks. And then moved the jackstands next to the front of the Subframes.

shouldn't have to unbolt any of that...just get it up as high as you can. you might have to unbolt the motor mounts from the k member and lift the engine up but there shouldn't be any reason to remove the a arms.

You dont have to. just jack it up from the k member with the 2x4's...you will be fine man. It is scary, but if you have enough support it wont fall. Just be careful and take your time.

No you dont have to undo the K-member or A-arms.. For Slp Longtubes both will go from the bottom. The drivers side is not too bad. Remove the Stearing arm and you will be fine. If you need a little more space remove the oil filter. The passenger side is the hard side for these headers. Take the tranny brace off and let the tanny hang down some. Have someone pry the tranny to the drivers side and with some work it will go in. I have to go to school.. if you need some tips.. pm me.. ive dont these headers 5 times
