Well, that would have been kinda hard to do with a cop standing right there at the scene. That's all I need is an assault and battery on my record which at the moment my record has nothing on it. That would look good for future employers to see that as well. You must think about the laws of cause and effect here. Getting angry accomplishes nothing. It just gets you deeper into trouble even if you weren't at fault to begin with.
